This was out at Cabaniss AFB where the SCCA and PCA compete. I think I was fixing my helmet,
not sure.

Notice the transmission in the back, eh?  This design helps create an almost 50/50 front to rear weight distribution therefore......the car's handling is just amazing, like it's on rails. (over-used phrase)  I've participated in some SCCA events in the past, and with crappy street tires, I still recieved very respectable times, and the car never spun out or anything similar to that. Actually one time I slid about 25 or so feet, but that was my fault.  In a tight turn, with the weight distribution almost equal, all four tires will grip the same.   I ruined that  when I applied a little too much gas before exiting a turn, and the rear tires broke loose. Luckily I stayed on the track, and I learned my lesson.
